Everything runs out of The Igloo, our operations center in Tenino. Tumwater and Centralia are about 15 minutes away, Olympia and Chehalis about 20, Lacey about 30 and Shelton about 35, so the I-5 corridor through Thurston and Lewis counties, and Mason County to the west, is a short drive. Longview in Cowlitz County is about an hour south. Aberdeen on the Grays Harbor coast is about 70 minutes, and Port Angeles in Clallam County is about two hours out on the Peninsula.
The first visit is the free assessment. A network engineer walks your building with you and looks at the phones, firewall, switches, Wi-Fi and cameras, including the closet where the gear lives. Installs and phone cutovers happen on site as well. Along I-5 a technician is a short drive away when the work needs hands on site.
